What is included in your proposal packages?
Each package has unique inclusions tailored to different styles and budgets. Generally, they include venue styling, flowers, lighting, and other romantic elements. For specific inclusions, please refer to the package details on our website.
Do your packages include the venue?
Some of our packages, such as the Scenic Lush Proposal, Sky Garden Proposal, Private Cinema Proposal, Escape Room Proposal, Cheers to Forever Proposal, Intimate Hotel Proposal, Grand Billboard Proposal, Sunset Cruise Proposal and Luxurious Proposal in the Sky, include the venue. However, packages like the Rustic Garden Proposal do not. Clients are welcome to choose their preferred venue, and we can help coordinate.
Can I customize a package?
Absolutely! Customization is welcome to fit your preferences and budget. For full flexibility, we recommend our Bespoke Proposal Package, which allows you to tailor every detail. Note that significant changes may affect the final price.
How much lead time do you need to plan a proposal?
We recommend 1-2 months of preparation for a seamless experience, especially for complex proposals like Cinema or Destination Proposals. For last-minute requests, additional fees may apply to expedite the process.
Do you coordinate with venues?
Yes, we handle all venue coordination once your booking is confirmed. If you haven’t booked a venue yet and require assistance with sourcing, this will incur an additional venue sourcing fee.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate for outdoor proposals?
We always prepare a backup plan, such as coordinating an indoor setup with your chosen venue. If you still choose to proceed outdoors, please note that an additional hazard fee will apply for our team’s extra effort and safety measures.
Can I add personal touches to the proposal?
Absolutely! We encourage incorporating personal details like a favorite song, photos, or specific themes to make the moment uniquely yours.
How do payments work?
We only accept one proposal per day to ensure focus and quality. A 50% down payment secures your booking, with the remaining balance due at least one month before the event. Last-minute bookings require full payment upfront.
Can you help me plan a surprise proposal without my partner finding out?
Of course! We specialize in discreet planning and execution. Our team ensures all arrangements are made without arousing suspicion.
Do you provide photography and videography services?
Yes, all our packages include professional documentation to capture your special moment. You can also opt for Same-Day Edit videos or 24-48hrs Express Delivery for instant sharing.
Can I book only specific services, like styling or videography?
Currently, we focus on complete packages to ensure your proposal is executed seamlessly and stress-free. If certain services are removed from the package, the price will remain the same.
